Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order anytime before shipping. If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer will receive a full refund on their order.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it is shipped, they have to go through are return and refund process. Please note that the customer has to receive the order before initiating the return and refund process. After the customer returns the product, the refund for the product will be initiated.
Note that for return and refund to be initiated for order cancellations after shipping, the cancellation request has to be made before the customer receives the product. Cancellation or refund requested after receiving the products will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Policy
A exchange only will be offered to the customer in case of receiving damaged products. For example, if the item is torn or the print is not aligned. A exchange will also be offered in case of wrong size delivered from our end, i.e. if the size does not match what the customer ordered. Return and refund is not available for a wrong size ordered from customer’s end.
In case of wrong size ordered from the customers end, we can offer an exchange in size of the same product. Note that a delivery charge of 150 INR will be charged for the exchange in this case.
Returns and exchange is not available for product quality not matching the customer’s expectation. This is in case of the customer’s perceived quality not matching the quality we have offered to provide. If the product does not match the quality we have offered for the said product, a return or exchange request may be made.
If a coupon code is applied on an order and the discount value exceeds ₹500,
Exchange and Refund will NOT be applicable on the product.
