Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to our official Refund and Cancellation Policy. This document outlines the protocols regarding order modifications, returns, and exchanges. We encourage all customers to review these terms thoroughly before finalizing a purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are subject to a strict timeframe for cancellation to ensure efficient processing and dispatch.
 * Cancellation Window: Customers have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel their order.
 * Pre-Shipping Refund: If the cancellation is made within this 12-hour window and before the order has been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
 * Post-Shipping Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched but before it has been received, the customer must first accept the delivery and then initiate the return process.
 * Delivery Policy: Cancellation or refund requests made after the product has been delivered will not be accepted. Once a product is received, the sale is considered final, subject only to our exchange policy.
Return and Exchange Policy
We maintain a strict exchange-only policy for delivered items. Refunds are not provided for products already in the customer's possession.
1. Refund Eligibility and Logic
Refunds are only considered for cancellations made within the 12-hour window or in specific cases where the order cannot be fulfilled.
 * Valid Logic Requirement: Any request for a refund must be accompanied by a valid and documented reason. We reserve the right to assess the validity of the logic provided before approval.
2. Sizing Issues (Exchange with Applicable Charges)
If the customer orders the incorrect size, the item is eligible for an exchange only. Please note that logistics charges apply specifically to sizing exchanges:

 * Wrong size delivered (i.e., the size does not match the customer's original order).
High-Value Coupon Exceptions
To maintain our pricing structure, specific restrictions apply to orders using significant discounts:
 * If a coupon code is applied and the total discount value exceeds ₹500, the product is not eligible for either exchange or refund.
 * Please verify your selection carefully before applying high-value promotional codes.
Processing Timelines
Please note the following windows for the completion of your requests:
 * Request Window: Any return or exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
 * Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
 * Exchange Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, the replacement product will be processed and delivered within 7 to 10 days.
